The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives and requires strong communication, administrative, and organizational skills. POSITION DETAILS

Republic utilizes Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, etc.), Epicor Kinetic, Shopify, Magento, Microsoft Office (365), Tableau, Sprout Social, Amazon Seller Portal, Google Analytics, and other cloud-based platforms to manage our marketing operations. The Marketing Coordinator role requires intermittent (non-overnight) travel within the DFW metroplex, domestic (overnight) travel for industry tradeshows and vendor conferences, and will be asked to support executive-level tasks and initiatives and tasks as needed monthly. This position reports to the COO.


Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Organize and assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, website, social, and print.
  2. Serve as the primary liaison between the company and key external marketing partners, including integrated marketing agencies, digital marketing (SEO/SEM) agencies, web design agencies, graphic designers, 3PLs, etc.
  3. Implement, and report analysis on, lead assignment and management practices from multi-touch digital and traditional marketing outreach efforts.
  4. Coordinate the development and release of marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, brochures, and other promotional content from internal and external partners weekly.
  5. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Compile and analyze data to support marketing strategies.
  6. Maintain and update customer databases and email lists. Assist in the segmentation and targeting of marketing campaigns.
  7. Maintain and update asset library including photography, product renderings, etc.
  8. Coordinate trade show management, including purchases, site logistics, promotional materials, and travel for products, materials, and personnel. Attend events to represent the company and support sales staff.
  9. Provide strong administrative support, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and communication management for the marketing department and executive-level initiatives.
  10. Work closely with the sales and product development teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies as relates to new product releases, product management updates, and CX efforts.
  11. Assist with ad hoc solutions to customer-facing platforms (Salesforce, Amazon, Shopify, Magento, etc.)


PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • >5 years of experience in a marketing or related field
  • >1 year of experience in an industrial or manufacturing industry setting
  • >1 year of tradeshow coordination experience
  • >2 years of project coordination experience
  • Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) Experience
  • Shopify and/or Magento Experience
  • Google Analytics and/or Sprout and/or Tableau Experience


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • >3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven organization, administrative, and/or project management experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaborative skills with a proven track record of cross-functional project/group work
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)

WORK ENVIRONMENT & INCLUSIVITY

The Marketing Coordinator is a hybrid position, with an average of 2-3 days per week being remote. Before remote work, there will be an initial training period (6-12 weeks) which will be primarily on-site. This position will have a dedicated office, with a door, in the Dallas, TX office where collaboration and teamwork are encouraged and expected. On-site work is performed in a climate-controlled temperature environment for 90% of the time, the remaining time will be in a semi-outdoor production floor environment. This role will occasionally require a flexible work schedule to achieve objectives.
