Associate Creative Director

The ideal ACD for Print and Packaging, is a seasoned creative problem solver with managerial prowess and extensive international packaging experience in CPG. We value initiative and expect you not only to guide designers but also to champion your own ideas
Working closely with the Creative Director, you will spearhead our graphic design and production teams, ensuring alignment with marketing, product development, and digital strategies. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing, designing, and producing compelling content and creative assets across a myriad of brand projects and touchpoints, with a focus on packaging and printing for innovative children's food products.
You will have the opportunity to shape our visual identity and direct photography efforts for packaging, social media, and ecommerce endeavors. Maintaining a commitment to excellence, you will supervise photo and video art direction, ensuring impeccable quality and production standards are met.
Collaboration is key in our dynamic environment, where you will engage with cross-functional teams spanning Brand Marketing, Global Marketing, Product Development, Ecommerce, and Social Media. By championing creative consistency and adherence to brand guidelines, you will ensure our brand identity remains resolute across all channels and markets.
Qualifications Requirements:
- 10 years of industry experience, with a focus on creative strategy, content, and messaging, particularly in packaging, print, and photo/video art direction.
- Leadership experience over international design teams is essential, coupled with proficiency in managing all facets of design workflow and production processes.
- A strong portfolio showcasing modern, playful, and original ideas across diverse mediums
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a must, along with the ability to evaluate and integrate new tools for enhanced productivity.
