We are revolutionizing the way the world moves for future generations, and we want someone who is ready to move with us.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelops, initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the global compliance program.Manages day-to-day operation of the global ethics and compliance program.Lead and manage company-wide enterprise risk assessment program.Periodically reviews, benchmarks, and updates the Company's Code of Conduct.Collaborates with other departments to direct compliance issues.Consults with attorneys to resolve difficult legal compliance issues.Responds to alleged employee misconduct.Acts to ensure compliance issues are evaluated, investigated, and resolved.Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk.Provides reports to the Board of Directors and senior management.Institutes and maintains an effective compliance communication program.Develops an effective compliance training program.Monitors the performance of the ethics and compliance program.Manages systems to ensure compliance with anti-bribery/anti-corruption and trade sanctions regulations.Lead and manage global compliance team.Minimum QualificationsJD or equivalent degree from an accredited university and admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.15 years of experience in practice of law and/or ethics and compliance roles.Compliance experience at a publicly traded company with global operations and/or large global law firm.Domain expertise in some of the following: human rights laws, import regulations and trade sanctions, data privacy laws, and anti-bribery law.Strong research, writing, analytical and oral communication skills.Sound judgment, problem-solving and client management skills.Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.Ability to be flexible and adapt to a dynamic workload.Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Strong sense of integrity and appreciation for confidentiality issues.Ability to work with cross-functional teams.Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary range for this role is between $236,600.00-$331,200.00. The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
