We are looking to hire a consultant who our client could potentially convert FTE later, this is a Mobile Team and we are looking for a PM who drove and ran Mobile Programs.


PS: We do not need an IT PM, but only a mobile product engineering PM


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinated program management efforts across Product and Engineering teams for company’s flagship Mobile product working with diverse stakeholders across multiple business units and cross-functional groups resulting in 25% increase in overall program efficiency
  • Collaborated closely with product managers, engineers and other key stakeholders to define the product roadmap, project scope, and deliverables, resulting in the successful on-time delivery of 95% of projects
  • Developed multiple dashboards and generated various reports and insights pertaining to project status, open issues, product quality, and team velocity resulting in 15% increase in operational efficiency.
  • Led regular project meetings, scrum of scrum calls, and pivotal cross-functional discussions, enhancing visibility by effectively communicating project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Mentored junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and development within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • 7-8 years engineering program management experience.
  • Solid Mobile Product experience on both IOS and Android Platform
  • Experience with Credit Payments will be nice
  • Solid experience in Jira/Confluence and automation
  • PMP/PMI
  • Agile, Scrum SAFe experience
