Come work with us in a fun, creative, and supportive environment Advancement opportunities are available.Benefits and perks include:Enjoyable Work EnvironmentEmployee DiscountsCareer DevelopmentCompetitive CompensationResponsibilities may include:Ensuring each guest receives stellar customer service and is welcomed into the store and greeted with our trademarked opening linesUtilizing trademarked follow-up lines with guestsMaintaining inventory levels throughout the storePricing merchandise with labels, SKUs, prices, and locationsBlending and packaging product as necessary and where applicableObtaining merchandise requested by the customer, fielding customer questions concerning location, product information, price and uses for products while establishing rapport with customers to ensure their return and/or word of-mouth advertisingMaintaining solid, accurate, and current product knowledge to adequately promote the product by reading applicable publications and attending necessary training activitiesComplying with operating standards and procedures pertaining to the daily operation of the storeHelping maintain store appearance by contributing towards daily choresPreferred skills include:Proven customer focus with stellar customer serviceExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to utilize simple math skills in measuring ingredients, reading a scale, and following recipesThe Spice & Tea Exchange was founded in 2008, by a group of talented individuals with a passion for life and food.
