Warehouse WorkerJoin our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker where you will play a crucial role in the customization, rework, picking, floor load, sanitation, and maintenance of P&G products. This position offers you the opportunity to work in a clean and safe environment with room for growth and training opportunities across different areas.Responsibilities:Stack orders on pallets per customer specifications in the customization department, ensuring they are wrapped and tagged for shipment.Perform quality control tasks in the rework department by inspecting damaged orders and collaborating with on-site P&G employees to resolve defects.Pick and scan orders using a sit-down propane-powered forklift, working alongside approximately 35 drivers at each site.Load and unload trucks by hand in the floor load and inbound department, placing products appropriately in the warehouse and using RF scan guns.Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse through general sanitation duties.Conduct facilities maintenance and occasional forklift maintenance as needed.Essential Skills:Experience in warehouse operations including quality, loading, unloading, and inventory management.Proficiency in packing, material handling, and the use of RF scanners.Experience with sit-down forklifts and forklift operating, including shipping and receiving tasks.Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Experience in customization, rework, and forklift operations is highly beneficial.Training opportunities available for all positions, with specific schedules for each department.Why Work Here?Enjoy working in a clean and safe environment with excellent benefits such as United Healthcare. Although non-climate controlled, fans, Gatorade, popsicles, and frozen towels are provided to keep employees comfortable. The company is family-oriented and diverse, with plans to introduce translators for Spanish and French on each shift. The dress code permits shorts and short-sleeve shirts, but prohibits hoodies or strings. PPE, including hearing and eye protection and vests, is provided on-site.Job Type & Location:This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Branch, IA.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.50/hr.
