Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Recruiter HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to managing the interview process and facilitating onboarding activities. The Recruiter HR Coordinator will work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Coordinate job offers and negotiate terms with candidates.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Assist with other HR tasks and projects as needed.
