Our client is seeking a talented Senior Structural Engineer to join their dynamic team. With over 8 years of experience in the field, preferably including consulting engineering, you'll play a pivotal role in our company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of efficiently managing resources, delivering projects on time and within budget, and leading design teams to success.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage company resources effectively to ensure optimal project outcomes.
  • Lead design teams of 5 to 10 members, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, creativity, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Display an investigative nature, thoroughly researching and analyzing structural challenges to develop innovative solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Conduct site visits to construction sites and clients' facilities as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering, with a preference for experience in consulting engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Proven track record of efficiently managing resources and completing projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience leading design teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Physically capable of visiting construction sites and clients' facilities.
