Program IntegratorThe Program Integrator shall assist PEO leadership and individual Program Managers in establishing and maintaining the acquisition baselines for programs through the monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio. Perform holistic analysis to minimize cost and implementation risks while verifying initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered in a timely manner.Required SkillsEight (8) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor's Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required.In place of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eleven (11) years may be substituted.In place of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of thirteen (13) years may be substituted.Must have well-developed interpersonal, writing, and oral skills to effectively communicate at all levels; consistently exercise tact, discretion, diplomacy, and elicit team synergy is preferred.Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is preferred to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.Trained in the Lean Six Sigma Program is a bonus.Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is requiredAdditional DetailsHealth Insurance to ensure you and your family stay healthy and well.Dental and Vision Insurance for preventive and routine care.Basic Life Insurance and Disability Insurance to provide peace of mind for you and your loved ones.Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO) to help you relax, recharge, and enjoy life.Paid Parental Leave for new parents to focus on family.Tuition Reimbursement to support your professional growth and education.A 401(k) plan with a company match to help you plan for your future.At CyberCore, we believe in taking care of our employees both inside and outside the workplace. The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $124,000. This range is a good faith estimate that reflects various experience levels.
