We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing who is passionate about delivering strategic DTC omnichannel campaigns to join our marketing team. The Digital Marketing Manager will work directly with and report to the Creative/Marketing Director to help build a strong brand presence and define a marketing strategy across social media, email, ecommerce, paid search etc. to grow DTC traffic and sales. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital marketing working with consumer brands. Candidates should be self-motivated, have strong communication skills, be able to coordinate simultaneous projects and work well in a small team environment.


Key areas include:


Content Writing: Create content for product development, blogs, web records, social media, ad campaigns and video scripts etc.


Social Media Marketing: Develop a distinct branded online presence to grow followers through organic and paid strategies across all our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn).


Email Marketing: Concept and manage email marketing / SMS campaigns and automations to promote product launches, contests, specials etc. designed to promote the brand and drive customer engagement and sales.


Media Management: Oversee third-party accounts like our digital marketing agency contracted to work on paid search / shop campaigns and our PR agency that runs our media relations.


Responsibilities:

·        Strategize and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that ensures brand consistency across all platforms and aligns with our business goals

·        Manage all digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, email marketing and social media channels

·        Direct digital marketing campaigns through targeted content creation

·        Strategic planning of monthly and quarterly goals to support product launches and overall brand awareness

·        Copywriting for product packaging, website, video production and various marketing/sales collateral

·        Create and post social content, conduct platform engagement, manage platform scheduling, and monitor social metrics

·        Manage SMM campaigns including paid social ads and influencers

·        Develop marketing promotions for email / SMS / social campaigns

·        Write blog content

·        Research new digital media opportunities to increase brand visibility.

·        Manage third party media accounts

·        Experience in Google Ads manager

·        Knowledge of SEO

·        Experience with Klaviyo or similar ESP

Annual salary: 80K – 100K (DOE)


This position is full-time and on-site 5 days a week in our Irvine office.
