Competitive base salary plus $800-$900/month per diem, $1000/month truck allowance and excellent benefitsJob DescriptionTraveling Superintendent Duties:Develop the Project Vision and Create the Project ScheduleSupervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are metAbility to predict and overcome project challengesMaintain a strong relationship with Project ManagersLead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality workMaintain OSHA requirementsMentor less experienced construction professionalsTrack project documentation, tasks, issues, etc.Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractorsUtilize ProcoreTravel requiredMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
