Role Summary

As an AI Specialist at Blue Interactive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI-driven strategies to enhance our digital marketing campaigns. Your expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics will help us tailor content, optimize media spending, and improve customer engagement through personalized experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models to predict customer behaviors and preferences, enhancing personalized marketing efforts.
  • Utilize AI to optimize search engine marketing (SEM) and programmatic advertising campaigns.
  • Implement natural language processing tools to analyze social media trends and customer feedback, helping shape content strategy.
  • Collaborate with the data analytics team to interpret data, ensure accuracy in data-driven decisions, and improve campaign performance.
  • Innovate and experiment with new AI technologies that can be leveraged within digital marketing to keep the agency at the cutting edge.
  • Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to integrate AI technologies seamlessly into broader marketing campaigns.
  • Provide insights and reports on the effectiveness of AI-driven initiatives and make recommendations for further enhancements.
  • Stay current with the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and digital marketing technologies, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in machine learning, data mining, statistical modeling, and AI technologies.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
  • Experience with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
