This key role plays a vital part in the company‘s success, managing driver check-ins/outs and ensuring the smooth flow of shipments. Pay: $18/hr

Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday (with occasional Saturday and/or overtime)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the gate and assist with driver check-ins/outs
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) effectively
• Oversee shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accuracy
• Multi-task and handle high expectations for shipping, receiving, and administrative duties
• Perform billing and documentation tasks as needed
• Use Outlook, Excel, and Word for communication and reporting
• Leverage 3PL and/or distribution experience to enhance workflow

Requirements:

• Shipping and receiving experience required
• Strong WMS proficiency
• Experience with Outlook, Excel, and Word
• 3PL and/or distribution experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
