We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward your contributions and drive your success With a competitive hourly base rate, uncapped commissions, and a lucrative bonus structure, our GMITs earn an average annual compensation up to $45,000, depending on performance.As a General Manager in Training, you will:Successfully achieve all performance-based goals set by spa leadership and the company on a consistent basis.
