About the Role We are seeking a skilled Aesthetician & Laser Technologist to join our advanced aesthetics team. The ideal candidate has a passion for results-driven treatments, a deep understanding of skin physiology, and proven expertise with medical-grade laser and skincare technologies. What You'll Do Conduct consultations and design personalized treatment plans. Perform advanced laser treatments (hair removal, IPL, resurfacing, pigment/vein correction, tattoo removal). Deliver aesthetic treatments (facials, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, LED therapy). Educate clients on pre- and post-care, retail regimens, and treatment options. Maintain safety, compliance, and cleanliness standards. Promote retail products and support client retention. What We're Looking For Active Aesthetician License + Laser Certification (required). Laser Safety Officer ( preferred) . 5+ years of experience in aesthetic and laser treatments. Strong knowledge of skin conditions, contraindications, and safety protocols. Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset. Retail and upselling skills; Zenoti experience a plus. Why Join Us Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.
