About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNA/Nursing Assistant to join our team at Knute Nelson's Care Center. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering personalized care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on care to residents, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as outlined in their Plan of Care.
  • Observe changes in resident behavior and carry out simple treatment procedures under the guidance of the Charge Nurse.
  • Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
  • Foster socialization through activities and resident interaction.
Requirements
  • An active CNA license in the State of Minnesota is preferred.
  • At least one year of experience as a Caregiver or Personal Care Assistant (PCA).
  • Commitment to obtaining 12 hours of continuing education annually.
