About this role.

As a Cardiothoracic Surgeon, you'll work with a team of 2 board-certified CT surgeons, that puts patients first You'll have the opportunity to collaborate and work alongside 11 cardiologists with 4 interventional cardiologists and 1 EP specialist (with a second EP coming), and 3 vascular surgeons. The practice provides full spectrum care that prides itself on high-quality patient experiences.

  • Competitive Compensation: $900,000 plus the potential to earn more with a production incentive.
  • Incentives: $25,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable), and up to $100,000 student loan repayment bonus (if applicable). Were also PSLF eligible
  • You would practice at Intermountain Health: St. Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, Montana.
  • You would be joining a well-respected, established group of Heart & Vascular providers.
  • Extended program includes 4 experienced surgical PA's who provide support in the OR, hospital, and ambulatory clinic.
  • The clinic is conveniently located adjacent to the hospital providing easy access.
  • EPIC EMR utilization (system-wide).
  • Excellent opportunity for mentorship, leadership roles, program expansion, professional growth, and plenty of program support. Great team dynamic
  • The hospital is a Level 1 Trauma Center, a Certified Stroke Center, and an accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI. The OR includes one hybrid and one biplane operating suite.

What youll bring.

  • MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
  • Residency or Fellowship trained in Thoracic and Cardiac Surgery.
  • Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.
  • Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process.
  • Passion for CT surgery.
