Join our team and start your journey todayIf you are a COMPENSATION professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you As the Director of Global Compensation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's compensation strategy and ensuring equitable and competitive pay practices worldwide. You will support the organization's Total Rewards transformation, lead the design of global programs, provide consultation on local programs, and support the VP, Total Rewards in creation of materials for the Compensation Committee. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Total Rewards, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and drive initiatives that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.Ideally, this role will be based in St. Louis. However, the role can be hybrid/flexible with candidates willing to travel on a regular basis to St. Louis and/or other company locations.As the Director, Global Compensation, you will:Lead the design and delivery of global compensation programsConsult with Regional TR Leaders and business units on local compensation program design and executionPartner with peers and the VP, Total Reward to create and maintain a global total reward philosophy and strategyDevelop and implement a comprehensive global compensation framework aligned with business objectivesUtilize framework to drive consistency across business unitsCreate and execute multi-year plans to support Total Reward, HR, and business transformationAnalyze industry trends and recommend adjustments to compensation programs as neededPartner with senior leadership to design and administer executive compensation programsSupport the creation of high-quality materials for the Compensation CommitteeManage global mobility program and expatriate compensationSupport M&A due diligence and integrationLead communications efforts regarding compensation programs, design, and philosophyEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensationRequired education, experiences & skills:Prior experience designing global compensation programsExperience with executive compensation and equity programsProven experience mentoring & leading other employeesExperience building a high performing teamExperience with organizational change and implementation of new TR programs & processesStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret market dataExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesOutstanding organizational skills and a can-do demeanor that shows persistence despite obstacles and setbacksWillingness and flexibility to take on special projects in support of the broader HR agenda and strategyAbility to produce quality results in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environmentMaintains composure and efficiency in stressful situationsSkilled in Microsoft Office SuiteLegal Authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this role.Why Work in St. Louis, Missouri?
