Join us and play a key role in helping to design our clients' roadmap to the future.Work you'll do:Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors and build a trusted advisor relationship.Delivery: Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies. Responsibilities include, among others, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, product simplification and alignment, capability design and planning, technology/vendor selection and planning and business launch readinessBusiness Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategiesPeople Development: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local officesModernize, deploy, and operate back-office capabilities and business processes across finance operations, quote-to-cash, and revenue management teamIntegrate the latest technologies with leading-edge strategies, insights, experiences, and talent to enable outstanding customer serviceThe team: Our team culture is collaborative and encourages team members to take initiative and seek on-the-job learning opportunities. Quality is our top priority, and by focusing on innovation, we continue to raise the bar on quality and deliver greater value to our clients.Qualifications required:Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or other business-related field; computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field.6+ of experience in revenue recognition within professional services/consulting, or industry, specifically focused on delivering cloud-based revenue recognition solutions4+ years of experience with end-to-end implementations of revenue recognition solutions with Zuora Revenue (RevPro)Zuora Revenue Architect CertificationYou should reside within a commutable distance of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if requiredYou can expect to co-locate on average 3 times a week with variations based on types of work/projects and client locationsAbility to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients/sectors you servePreferred: Advanced degree in business, finance, or other business-related field; computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field.The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,475 to $269,875.
