You will gain hands-on experience, study for your license, and learn how to connect with clients looking to refinance — all while being supported by a dedicated in-house training team. Successful trainees will transition into fully licensed Loan Officers with uncapped earning potential.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through outbound and inbound lead follow-upConduct needs-based consultations to understand borrower goals and recommend suitable mortgage solutionsClearly communicate loan product features, qualification guidelines, and next steps in the processMaintain strong product knowledge and stay informed on industry regulations and lending programsProvide consistent, timely communication to clients throughout the loan processCollaborate with internal teams—including processors, underwriters, and trainers—to ensure smooth loan closingsQualificationsNo prior mortgage experience required — full training providedYou must pass the SAFE MLO exam with a score of 75% or higherStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsExcellent customer service mindset and ability to build trust quicklySales experience or interest in learning sales in a fast-paced, goal-oriented settingCoachable, motivated, and able to thrive in a high-energy environmentComfortable making outbound and inbound phone callsHigh level of professionalism and accountabilityCompensation & BenefitsIncludes paid training, dedicated study time, and instructor-led support to help you pass the SAFE MLO examAdditional Benefits:Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage401(k) retirement plan with company matchPaid Lifetime Fitness membership starting day oneOngoing professional development and clear career advancement pathwaysBackApplyCopyright © 2025, ADP, Inc.
