Position Summary

Landsberg Orora- Engineered Packaging Solutions (EPS) is seeking a talented and tech savvy Product Manager to join their amazing EPS team In this critical role, the ideal candidate works closely with other members of the marketing department and executive team, sales, sales support and operations to ensure continuity of the EPS product line activities necessary to meet business objectives and goals. The Product Manager will ensure that the EPS product line supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.


Reports to: Director of EPS, Landsberg Orora

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan focus and target accounts, markets, and industries in support of assigned accounts and/or within an assigned geography.
  • Customer facing. Interacts with key customers and supports sales team.
  • Represents product and services to customers and prospects by demonstrating products and training customers on product applications.
  • Defines the EPS product strategy and roadmap.
  • Leads managers in reaching plan goals by understanding and achieving sales targets and objectives to track and measure results against business plan.
  • Develops and establishes relationships with accounts and prospects.
  • Develops a value proposition and value pricing for Sales Representatives to deliver to customers.
  • Utilizes value selling process to achieve sales results.
  • Maintains and communicates account and prospect information, maintain company resources, and sales support materials.
  • Strong interaction with vendors to collect promotion funds and recommends the best use of them.
  • Utilizes efficient time and resource management processes for effective communications, territory coverage, and other job responsibilities to work within budget guidelines.
  • Continuously learns to improve skills relative to the market, products, applications, selling, and administrative activities as needed.
  • Applies and drives the company sales policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Manages business planning and execution process.
  • Understands customer business priorities and manufacturing process.
  • Determines and find innovative solutions for the EPS Industrial Products.
  • Performs other duties and/ or responsibilities as assigned.


Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, and/or business- MBA is preferred.
  • 3 years + of experience in consumable packaging industry specializing in materials and/or equipment a must have


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of sales and/or marketing or general management.
  • Knowledge of business process, systems and products.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly energized to drive change, solid project management skills, highly organized and ‘can-do’ attitude to make it happen.
  • Demonstrates success defining and launching EPS products.
  • Willingness to step out of the current role to try something different.
  • Highly motivated and dedicated to a demanding long term project.
  • Strong analytical skills and sound business judgment.
