Help at Home is committed to delivering a gold standard in care through our attentive and well-trained staff who support our clients comfortably and safely within their homes and communities.Job SummaryThe Recruiting Specialist will develop recruitment strategies with hiring managers, source, interview, recap and communicate hiring decisions with hiring team. In addition, the Specialist will assist in hiring of all field staff and communicate timely updates to the Field Recruitment Manager and other Hiring Managers accordingly.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesBuilds talent pipelines by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements and using a variety of reactive and proactive recruiting techniques.Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements.When applicable, arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.Meets and/or exceeds Recruiting Department and overall Organizational goals.This description reflects assignment of essential functions, management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time that are not listed above.Required Skills/AbilitiesProficient computer skills, including MS Office.Professional communication and organization skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Valid driver's license.Access to insured and reliable transportation.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a relevant field preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.One (1) to two (2) years of previous experience.Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition preferred.Physical RequirementsAbility to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.Travel RequirementsWeekly or monthly travel required Recruiters must comply with state background screening requirements.
