Job Summary

Company is in search of a Maintenance Manager within the Rolla MO area. Candidates must have 5-7 years of experience working in a supervisory or leadership capacity with preference given to support within 24/7 operational experience. Manufacturing experience in recycled paper is a plus. Candidates must have a thorough understanding of preventive/predictive/corrective maintenance principles and technologies. To be considered you must have TPM experience. Demonstrated experience with problem solving and troubleshooting (mechanical, electrical, automation) is required. Experience and competence using a CMMS system, with implementation experience is preferred. Relocation assistance is provided to qualified candidates. Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure that plant equipment and maintenance systems function in an efficient and safe manner.
  • Develop and maintain maintenance programs for all production areas and coordinating internal labor and external contractors as required.
  • Provide technical leadership by assessing production requirements and matching resources to complete preventative maintenance and corrective work orders. Provides guidance for troubleshooting and emergency response activities.
  • Ensures the effective coordination of planned downtime and repairs to minimize loss of production.
  • Lead and support plans for capital expansions and related project management
  • Prepares and manages the maintenance budget. Maintains inventory of spare parts, supplies and materials for critical maintenance repairs.
  • Understands and promotes Maintenance department as a dedicated service to Operations and demonstrates a sense of urgency to support a 24/7 operation with on call support and response for unplanned downtime.
  • Ensures compliance with Health and Safety objectives while meeting maintenance performance targets.
