With Northrop Grumman, youll have the opportunity to be an essential part of projects that will define your career, now and in the future./ppNorthrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Principal Industrial Security Analyst to support our Space Park (Manhattan Beach, CA) location for the Mission Data Management (MDM) Operating Unit. This position will serve as a Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO), Alternate COMSEC Account Manager (CAM), and alternate Facility Security Officer (FSO) as it relates to all applicable classified federal, contractual, customer and company requirements. The successful candidate will report directly to the MDM Operating Unit Security Manager and will be charged with providing critical program security support for Department of Defense (DoD) and Special Access Program (SAP) contracts/activities. The selected candidate will provide daily support efforts to include and not limited to personnel security clearance processing, document control and TSCO accountability, physical security, visitor control, and personnel security processing PAR for SAP access. Knowledge of DD254 contractual specification document requirements will be useful for program success and management of all administrative actions. This individual will be responsible for program area self-inspections and supporting customer inspections for DoD and SAP program areas. Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) must be generated, and actions monitored to ensure completion for any deficiencies or findings noted in program areas. Must effectively interface daily with the site Facility Security Officer (FSO), government and contractor customers, NG program management and other NG engineering and functional staff. The candidate must have a high degree of problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision and should have some degree of knowledge of security procedures with multiple agencies. Must possess the ability to adapt to constantly changing demands and demonstrate the capability to take on new and unfamiliar tasks. Requirement to make some independent decisions, analyze problems, and provide focused solutions to management is essential. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented and possess the ability to work with others collaboratively in a professional and high-energy environment. Some travel may be required to support off-site activities and customer requirements./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliServe as the Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO)/liliServe as the Top-Secret Control Officer (TSCO)/liliServe as the Alternate Facility Security Officer (FSO)/liliServe as the Alternate COMSEC Account Manager, to include handling software management, use of Simple Key Loaders (SKLs), VIPER secure phones, KG-175 network encryptors and other CCI equipment as required/needed/liliSupport to Physical Security (including combination changes, updating Fixed Facility Checklist, access control, intrusion detection and conducting entry/exit inspections of personal effects)./liliServe as point of contact for alarms/response and works closely with the Space Park Security Control Center (SCC)/liliSupport compliance of company and government Security regulations/liliSecurity updates in the Security Information Management System (SIMS) database/liliAccess to DISS for outgoing and incoming visits and clearance verification for DoD clearance processing/liliAssist the site Industrial Security Team and programs as needed/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulh3Basic Qualifications:/h3ulliMust have a high school diploma or GED with at least 6 years of related experience; OR 2 plus years of experience with a bachelors degree; OR 4 plus year of relevant experience with a masters degree/liliWorking knowledge with Microsoft Office (365, Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)/liliWorking knowledge of the following standards/documents; 32 CFR part 117, SAP Manual, NISP, ICDs/liliAbility to work independently and follow projects through to completion/liliSelf-starter with minimal supervision/liliActive DoD TS Security Clearance with the ability to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) access/li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications:/h3ulliExperience with government security databases: DISS, NISS, NIPR, JADE/liliCDSE Industrial Security Training - FSO for Possessing Facilities, Intro to SAP, SAP Compliance, etc./liliFamiliarity with classified storage areas, alarm administration and accreditation actions necessary for classified area approvals/liliFamiliarity of DD254 management, creation, and coordination for both the Program Prime contract as well as subcontracts/liliExperience with Physical Security requirements and knowledge of ICD-705/li/ulpPrimary Level Salary Range: $73,900.00 - $110,900.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
