This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company consistently rated among the best in the field of fast casual restaurants.Benefits:Health and Dental plansCell Phone Per DiemPTO (12 days a year)Free Meal + free fountain drinksQuarterly BonusOpportunities for growthGreaseless environmentTips averaging $3 to $6 an hourResponsibilities:Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulationsProvide leadership to the restaurant team to consistently meet standards of superior guest service, quality, and cleanlinessEnsure profitability by operating within established guidelines for food cost, labor, and sales growthCoordinate and implement current operations game plans and company initiativesBe accountable for the proper staffing and training of the restaurantParticipate in local restaurant marketing and promote all Public Safety Foundation initiativesMaintain awareness and participation in community affairsRepresent Firehouse Subs in a professional, positive mannerCommunicate effectively with the GM/Owner regarding any business-related issuesMaintain restaurant equipment and report any problems immediately to the OwnerPerform any other duties assigned by the OwnerRequirements:Possess a positive attitude and be ready and willing to manage the team and serve customers with a smileBe able to hire, train, and motivate a high-performance teamUnderstand and manage food and labor costsOperate the restaurant at maximum profitability1+ years of management experienceAdditional Requirements:Able to work on your feet for up to 13 hours at a timeAble to lift up to 50 lbsOpen availability - ability to work weekends and some nights requiredCash handling skills requiredFamiliarity with Microsoft Office requiredTop-notch customer service skillsAbility to lead and develop a strong teamLocation: 1482 GW Parkway Village 15525 W Roosevelt St suite 110, Goodyear, AZ 85338, USAIf you are ready to take on this exciting role as our General Manager, apply now and join our team at Firehouse Subs.
