Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Machinist at Cox Manufacturing Company, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including machine operation, machining, quality control, and machinery maintenance. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision equipment.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop machining processes given a blueprint.
  • Read CNC programs
  • Assist CNC operators with setups and troubleshooting
  • Support a culture of Continuous Improvement, Teamwork, and Perseverance



Qualifications:

  • 5 years' experience with operating CNC machines.
  • 5 years' experience with setting up CNC machines.
  • 5 years' experience with job layouts.



Pay Progression:

Based on experience in a similar work.

Shift Schedule: Though we operate machines across three shifts, the Experienced CNC Machinist is primarily a 1st shift position

• 1st shift is 7 am - 4 pm

• 2nd shift is 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm (off shift)

• 3rd shift is 11:00 pm - 7:30 am (off shift)
