Summary Description

As a Landscape Sales Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating beautiful outdoor spaces for clients. Your primary responsibility will be to design and sell residential and commercial landscape projects. You’ll work closely with builders, developers, homeowners, and businesses to create customized solutions that meet or exceed sales goals. This position combines creativity, customer interaction, and business acumen.


Specific Responsibilities

Design and Planning:

  • Prepare accurate and highly creative landscape design solutions tailored to various site conditions and client preferences.
  • Create uniquely desirable living spaces within rugged, naturalized environments.
  • Utilize design software and other tools to visualize and communicate your ideas effectively.
  • Meet with Project Managers to review designs on projects for installation.
  • Visit sites to review installation progress or assist in laying out if necessary.
  • Maintain reference files and assist other designers with problems as requested.
  • Familiarity with landscape design principles, plant materials, hardscaping, and outdoor living spaces.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and present your designs effectively.
