Required Skills:

· Working well with a team and independently

· Revit and / or Autocad: Minimum 2 years in a professional office environment

· Residential Drafting a plus

· Strong understanding of construction methods, structural framing, and current residential codes a plus

Job Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have the willingness to learn our TK methods to become a strong team player in the development and completion of residential construction documents. They’ll collaborate with designers, senior project managers, builders, and clients to see a project from beginning to end in a fast paced, upbeat office environment. Pay will be based upon experience, to be discussed during interview.
