Remote Senior Sales RepresentativeMedtronic is seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Senior Sales Representative to join our Cardiovascular Portfolio. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a passion for improving patient outcomes through innovative medical technologies. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence.Responsibilities include:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective account management and exceptional customer service.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and drive revenue growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs.Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.Must have:Deep knowledge of the job area typically obtained through education combined with extensive sales experience.Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.Expert level knowledge of company products and services.Nice to have:Remote sales experience in the healthcare or medical field.Knowledge of cardiovascular products and procedures.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.Experience in account management.Proficiency in using CRM systems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently in a remote setting.Physical job requirements include the ability to be independently mobile, interact with a computer, and communicate with peers and co-workers.Medtronic offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package.
