Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our

team at ParkOps Holdings LLC. As the Director of HR, you will play a pivotal role in

shaping and executing our human resources strategy to support our mission and drive

business growth. Reporting directly to the VP of HR, you will oversee all aspects of HR

operations, including compliance, employee relations, performance management,

training and development.


This role is based out of ParkOps Main Office in Voorhees NJ. A hybrid schedule is

available, with a requirement to work no less than 3 days/week in office.


Responsibilities:

● Act as the primary HR business partner to the leadership team of the

organization.

● Provide strategic direction and consultation on all matters involving our

employees, compensation/benefits, employee relations, talent retention

strategies, leadership development, talent management, organizational

development, and change management.

● Lead large-scale change initiatives and ensure effective execution of HR

solutions to enable business results.

● Partner with senior leadership to identify and address organizational needs,

ensuring alignment with HR objectives and initiatives.

● Lead an HR team of 2 HR Managers, providing direction, mentorship, and support

to ensure the team's success across functions.

● Proactively coach leaders on organizational effectiveness, performance

management, engagement, and development topics.

● Drive key elements of the people strategy, including talent acquisition,

succession planning, organizational dynamics, leadership development, and

maintain overall employee retention.

● Implement and optimize current or future HRIM systems to streamline HR

processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve decision-making capabilities.

● Utilize HRIM systems to generate actionable insights and analytics that drive

strategic HR initiatives and support business objectives.

● Serve as the primary liaison between the company and insurance carriers to

manage Workers Compensation claims effectively.

● Work closely with the HR team, safety committee, and management to develop

and implement strategies to reduce workplace injuries and minimize Worker's

Compensation risk.

● Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to Worker's

Compensation and insurance carrier management, ensuring compliance with

legal requirements and industry standards.


Qualifications:

● Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as an HR professional, with

strong organization capability/organization design, change management, and

proficiency in compliance.

● 2+ years of team leadership experience.

● Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and influence overall people

strategy.

● Strong analytical and data analysis capabilities, with the ability to synthesize and

present data effectively.

● Prior experience in the application of human resources principles across multiple

client groups and physical locations.

● Prior experience with ADP Workforce Now or other HRIM.

● Proficiency in compliance, state labor laws, and other relevant regulations.

● Experience in Organizations with 1000+ Employees.

● Bachelor's degree in HR or related business field preferred.


Relevant Experience (nice to have but not required):

● Prior experience in organizations that manage motor vehicle and driving risk;

fleet, transportation, or parking.

● Multi-location contract staffing experience.

● Parking or Valet Parking Management, Automotive Franchise Fixed Operations,

Last Mile Logistics business experience.

● HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
