The Construction Manager Candidate must be wellversed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the very best results. The ideal candidate will have a team mentality an analytical mind and great organizational skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager
  • Indepth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
  • Familiarity with construction/ project management software along with MS Office
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  • A team player with proven leadership abilities
  • BSc/BA in engineering building science or relevant field (not required but will be an advantage)
  • Conflict resolution and conflict management experience
  • Ability to prepare detailed reports for both internal use and for client presentation
  • Experience with fully managing all financial aspects of the project
