Make outbound calls for appointment reminders and follow-ups.Understand common vaccination protocols, basic lab tests, common diseases, veterinary terminology, and pet behavior.Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization to ensure a positive client experience.QualificationsPrevious experience as a veterinary receptionist or medical office assistant preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to maintain a calm, professional, and positive demeanorAbout Tequesta Veterinary ClinicTequesta Veterinary Clinic: 3 doctor AAHA hospital in affluent coastal community looking for full-time EXPERIENCED veterinary technicians.
