Join us as a Sr Product Management and lead the way in building capabilities that empower healthcare professionals and improve patient outcomes.What You'll Do:Drive the strategy, vision, and execution of services and solutions that streamline clinical operations and enhance care delivery.Oversee the full product lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration with clinical systems and alignment with healthcare regulations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including engineering, clinical, regulatory, and compliance-to deliver robust, user-centered digital health products.Champion the adoption of innovative technologies that support clinicians, optimize workflows, and enable data-driven decision-making.Develop and track objectives for digital health initiatives, ensuring high-quality deliverables and measurable impact.Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem, communicating key insights and advocating for continuous improvement.Leverage data and clinical insights to evaluate new product concepts and maximize value for both providers and patients.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a scientific, business, technical, or healthcare-related field.5+ years of product management experience in digital health, clinical workflows, or healthcare technology.Proven success building and launching solutions that support clinical operations or patient care.Experience with product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and leading cross-functional teams in a healthcare environment.Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, interoperability standards, and clinical best practices.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Why Join Us?Be part of a collaborative, innovative culture dedicated to improving healthcare through technology.
