Your Role: As a vital part of our team, you will provide daily living activities and services to our residents while following their individual service plans. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal hygiene. Responding to resident call lights with empathy and promptness. Ensuring residents receive their preferred diet while respecting allergies and dietary requirements. Recording vital signs as needed by nursing staff. Quickly notifying the nurse in charge of any changes in resident conditions. Qualifications: Current CNA or HCA certification. A positive attitude with a commitment to exceeding expectations for our residents. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. A genuine passion for caring for seniors.
