We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with an Senior Buyer search in the Solon, OH area.


Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for creating, reviewing and releasing purchase orders
  • Will be responsible for contract negotiations
  • Will be responsible for developing relationships with machine shops and fabricators
  • Will work with manufacturing to ensure that the company has sufficient product to meet manufacturing goals and customer demand


Requirements:

  • Experience with sourcing machined parts, fabricated parts, cast parts, and/or forgings
  • Experience with an MRP/ERP system
  • Experience with contract negotiations
