Program AnalystMayvin is seeking a Program Analyst to provide comprehensive administrative, analytical, and operational support to the U.S. Marshals Service Capitol Regional Fugitive Task Force (CARFTF). The Program Analyst will contribute to the efficient execution of task force operations by managing documentation, coordinating program activities, and performing other duties as assigned. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must undergo a Background Investigation (BI).Responsibilities:Communicate via telephone and e-mail with high-level officials throughout the agency and with contract affiliates, preparing correspondence on program issues for senior-level signaturesWriting, developing, editing comprehensive reports for Capitol Regional Fugitive Task Force (CARFTF) and the DC Safe and Beautiful Task ForceServe as a backup for fleet and property operations and act as a liaison with the USMS Office of Public Affairs on significant arrest mattersSupporting and assisting Joint Law Enforcement Operations.Gather and organize information from various sources such as records, computer files, previous studies, interviews, and accountable propertyDeveloping and maintaining logs and databases to monitor financial and budgetary program activitiesQualifications:Bachelor's DegreeMinimum of one (1) year of experience in administrative support, data gathering, and analysis or a related fieldAbility to develop and sustain relationships with internal staff and external partnersMaintain a high level of confidentialityAbility to adapt quickly and effectively to changeAbility to adapt to new systems and process improvementsPreferred:Former Law Enforcement experienceAbout Mavyin:Mayvin offers our employees an innovative culture, excellent benefits and amenities, an inclusive work environment, ongoing career development, and recognition and rewards to honor hard work.
