Our flagship brands, LiftMaster and Chamberlain , are found in 51+ million homes, and 14 million+ people rely on the myQ app daily.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Drive sales and overall P&L impact for the Amazon business in alignment with business objectivesManage day to day activities and relationship with Amazon retail to strengthen overall partnership and achieve mutual business goalsForecast demand and budget to support joint business planning with the customer; identify logistical synergiesPartner with business unit teams, supply chain, channel, retail, and finance to ensure Chamberlain Group's Amazon.com objectives are achievedGenerate and develop new business opportunities; conduct quarterly account presentation to internal and external senior leadershipOversee Amazon.com business reporting; measure key metrics and KPIs to drive overall visibility into trends and areas of opportunityOwn and manage Amazon marketing budget and ensure ROI performanceCollaborate with internal teams to integrate Amazon specific tactics into new product development, product launches and marketing initiativesComply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teamsProtect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidentialMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societiesContribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as neededMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree5-8 years of experience in eCommerce/Amazon account management; experience utilizing digital and eCommerce platforms (Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central, Amazon Sponsor Ads/AMS); vendor management experienceStrong influence and negotiation skillsKnowledge of business financial analysis and P&L managementStrategic knowledge of Amazon/eCommerce retail landscapeProject management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to travel up to 30% - domestically and internationally, valid driver's licensePreferred Qualifications:Master's of Business AdministrationExperience with multi-faceted, large volume accounts and an understanding of industry competitors is desiredComfortable partnering with highly technical development teamsThe pay range for this position is $97,700.00 - $157,475.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
