Enterprise Risk Management AdvisorThe main purpose of this job is to support the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team and assist with the development and execution of the ERM program.Essential Functions:Manage logistics for the risk committees, including committee materials, calendars and agendasPrepare summary materials for risk committees and board level reportingSupport policy management program and committee charter reviewsTake and draft minutes for risk committeesServe as the Business Continuity Management program manager and liaison for Risk Management departmentSupport ERM risk assessment processes, analysis and reportingSupport risk management activities in the first line of defenseCoordinate executive and board reporting on top risks and corporate level key risk indicatorsSupport, on an as-needed basis, risk reporting tools and programsDevelop and maintain ongoing relationships with Company business and support unit partnersPerform other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:Basic knowledge of risk management-related financial institution regulations and guidanceBasic knowledge of risk identification, assessment and management frameworksBasic knowledge of control frameworks and the ability to design and evaluate effectiveness of controls embedded within business processesAbility to interpret and apply regulatory requirements to Company functionsBasic strategic and critical thinking skillsAbility to independently identify, prioritize, monitor, communicate and/or resolve issuesAbility to troubleshoot, problem solve, and successfully manage ambiguityMotivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesInquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core ValuesIntermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and OutlookEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent combination of education and experience required2+ years risk management, or similar industry experience required2+ years of well rounded and progressive banking or financial institution experience requiredPrevious direct and cross-functional project management skills preferredExperience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance systems and software preferred
