The selection process will consist of a Physical Agility Test (pass/fail) and a Qualifications Appraisal Interview (100%). Candidates must be successful on both the Physical Agility Test and the oral interview for their name to appear on the eligibility list. The names of the successful finalists will be placed on an eligibility list in rank order according to score, and the first three ranks of finalists will be invited to return for a final selection interview.
