This outstanding opportunity allows you to make a significant impact on our business operations by managing and advising the day-to-day performance of material handling equipment. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $92,250 to $135,300 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.Tasks and Qualifications:Lead, coordinate, and direct all functions of your reporting staff to ensure flawless execution of tasks.Perform at a professional level to interpret and process complex, less-clearly defined issues.Identify and resolve complex problems, ensuring smooth business operations.Define workflows, jobs, and reporting relationships for maximum efficiency.Participate in the development of department budgets and business plans for your functional area.Evaluate and recommend changes in methods or procedures within your area of responsibility, and communicate these to the customer.Identify resource needs and develop justifications to support them.Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems to maintain world-class performance standards.What we are looking for:An associate degree, technical degree, or equivalent experience in a related field.Broad knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for managed work groups.Proven understanding and application of supervisory approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management, and disciplinary action.A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a related field, demonstrating key responsibilities as outlined above.Ability to gauge, identify, and implement training based on skill assessment results.Proficiency in managing critical metrics and fault data using methods like tracking and measuring, evaluating and analyzing data, and implementing improvements.Proficiency in crafting reports and communication materials to track and report performance issues.A dedication to continuous improvement in the maintenance and operations of Material Handling Equipment (MHE or equivalent experience) to the customer.Join us to lead an ambitious team dedicated to delivering outstanding results and advancing our mission to compete at the highest levels of our industry.
