Seeking BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join team in southern South Carolina for a full-time, permanent opportunity with a non-profit, 501(c)3, primary health care organization, that has provided health care services for over 40 years, and currently cares for approximately 19,000 patients. All sites are Patient Centered Medical Homes. Most Providers work 4.5 days per week. We also have some who work 4 and a couple who work 5.
