Commercial Kitchen Service Technician (Hot Side)Position at K&D Factory ServiceMultiple Locations Across Pennsylvania Full-TimeExperienced Technicians Wanted (2+ Years)K&D Factory Service has been servicing the Keystone State since 1945. K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our technicians are servicing the Pennsylvania area out of 7 branches in Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton. We are seeking Technicians with 2+ years of industry or related experience to join our teamWhat You'll Do:Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems on commercial equipmentReport all service activities accurately on the tablet after every callProvide an excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team membersAbility to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay)Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelinesWhat You Need to Apply:2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment or in a related industryStrong knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systemsDriving record must align with our safety standardsStrong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindsetCFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plusMust be 18 years of ageCompletion of a successful background check and drug screenWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly pay + monthly technician bonus programOvertime and double time for on-call workPaid time off + holiday payHealth, dental & vision insuranceCompany-paid life and disability insurance401(k) with company matchFully stocked company service truck, phone, tablet, and uniformsOngoing paid training through CFESA and manufacturersEnjoy the benefits of our Town Shares program, giving you the opportunity to share in the long-term financial success of our company as you grow with usK&D Factory Service is an equal opportunity employer.
