Sales Enablement ManagerRunwise is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager who will be responsible for accelerating growth within our ambitious sales team. This candidate will work directly with our "closers" to give them the skills, content, and tools they need to effectively win deals and onboard new buildings to Runwise. The ideal candidate has direct selling experience, but has already, or is eager to, move into a role focused on training and empowering other reps. The ideal candidate is an extremely effective communicator, has a deep understanding of the ideal sales process, and is able to balance day to day responsibilities with long term projects and process improvements.Runwise is a fast-paced, customer-focused climate-tech startup that controls and runs the key energy systems (heating, water, etc) in 8,000+ buildings throughout the US. Runwise's unique hardware and software service significantly reduces energy usage, substantially lowering costs and carbon output. As of today, Runwise's technology takes the equivalent of 100,000 cars worth of carbon emissions off the road each year.As the Sales Enablement Manager you will have the ability to dial in how the team brings such an exciting and impactful product to market. You'll work directly with our Co-Founder, Head of Sales, Director of Sales Ops and Chief Growth Officer on the most pressing initiatives within our rapidly scaling business.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Onboarding new sales reps to our expanding team and helping them hit ramp targetsDesign, create, and deliver engaging and effective sales training programs (e.g., product knowledge, sales process, tools, competitive intelligence)1:1 call recording review and trainingWork cross functionally to build out resources that will improve rep win rateStay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in sales enablementWork with sales leadership to identify knowledge and skill gaps within the sales organization and develop targeted solutionsManage and optimize the sales enablement technology stackWho you are:You have worked 5+ years working in a sales org- 2+ years in a sales enablement roleProven track record of developing and delivering successful sales enablement programs.Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other sales enablement technologies.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across different teams.Strong project management and organizational skills.Data-driven and results-oriented is a plusSalary range: On Target Earnings of $110,000 - $140,000 based on experience levelMedical, dental, and vision insuranceHSA & FSA optionsPaid Parental LeaveAccess to Talkspace & Health AdvocateFlexible PTOCommuter Benefits401KCompany-paid life insuranceVoluntary supplemental life insuranceFree in-office lunch on WednesdaysHybrid work environmentSummer FridaysMonthly L&D SeriesEmployee Resource Groups (e.g. DEIB Committee, Run Club)This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing company, one of the true leaders within energy efficiency in the Northeast & Midwest.
