Job Summary: Are you looking for a dynamic role in Kansas City, Missouri? We are seeking a diligent Order Picker to join our dedicated warehouse team. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently retrieving products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This position is critical to our logistics chain, ensuring that orders are prepared correctly and ready for shipment. Responsibilities: Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on customer orders, using RF scanners or pick lists. Verify product information and quantities to ensure order accuracy. Pack picked items securely for shipment, maintaining product integrity. Transport picked items to the packing or shipping station. Assist with stocking and replenishing inventory on warehouse shelves. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring aisles are clear. Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of required PPE. Participate in inventory counts as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred. Ability to read and understand order forms and product labels. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 pounds for extended periods. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics flow. Strong commitment to workplace safety. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
