We are currently seeking a Regional Manager to spearhead the growth and development of our Martinsburg, WV office. In this pivotal role, your key duties will include:

  • Expanding our business within the Martinsburg, WV region, extending to a 2-hour radius covering parts of WV, MD, VA, & PA.
  • Collaborating in the formation of proficient teams to accomplish overarching company and office objectives.
  • Working alongside our business development team to formulate a cohesive business expansion strategy.
  • Demonstrating expertise in conceptualizing and leading projects within one of the following domains: public infrastructure (such as water systems, sanitation, stormwater management, roads), private development (commercial or residential), or construction projects.
  • Bringing valuable insights into the public infrastructure landscape of VA, PA, or MD would be advantageous.
  • Cultivating relationships both internally and externally while fostering business growth across all areas of our operations and market sectors.
  • Acting as a local resource to provide support, mentorship, and guidance to staff in collaboration with divisional leaders.
  • Directing and overseeing a design team and projects within your specialized field.


Preferred qualifications may include:

  • Professional licensure as a Civil Engineer or Architect, coupled with a strong business acumen.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience within the architecture and engineering consulting industry, including managerial roles.
  • A demonstrated ability to leverage existing networks and relationships within our target geographic area would be highly beneficial.
