Our client, Kidsplay Therapy Center, is seeking a skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist for two Atlanta area locations - Athens and Loganville. To learn about their awesome culture and benefits, check out their YouTube channel @KidsplayTherapyCenter **Candidate must be 45 minutes or less driving time from clinic location** Educational Qualifications: Degree: Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Licensure: Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice. Certification: Certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). Skills and Experience: Pediatric Experience: Prior experience working with children in a clinical or educational setting is preferred. Therapeutic Skills: Proficient in designing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with physical, developmental, emotional, or sensory challenges. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals. Problem-Solving: Strong ability to assess needs, identify goals, and adapt treatment plans as needed. Creativity: Ability to create engaging, play-based therapeutic activities tailored to each child's interests and developmental level. Additional Qualifications (Preferred): Training or certifications in specialized therapeutic approaches (e.g., Sensory Integration Therapy, Reflex Integration, or Feeding Therapy). Knowledge of assistive technology and adaptive equipment. CPR and First Aid certification.
