Acquisition Analyst IIIAmentum is currently seeking an Acquisition Analyst III to support the PM Soldier Survivability (PM SSV) project office under Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier, Ft. Belvoir, VA. This position will afford you an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and cohesive team whose mission is to provide and rapidly deliver enhanced protection, individual equipment, and aviation life support capabilities, which provides combat overmatch and facilitates mission execution.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Execute acquisition management across an entire product line.Coordinate products and tasking across the acquisition process and life cycle phasesPrepare, configure, and staff all Milestone documentationAssist with determining contracting strategy, prepare contracting documents, and coordinate activities with Army Contract CommandParticipate in source selection boards and conduct technical evaluationParticipate in product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrationsAssist in providing contract oversight for assigned productsMaintain and manage the program budget and master scheduleIdentify cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffsLead and oversee preparation of Supply Request Packages to Defense Logistics Agency and manage transition of products from PM to DLA or Army sustainmentDevelop and draft acquisitions strategies, acquisition plans and other acquisition documents.Work with contracting personnel to achieve desired contracted outcomesMaintain configuration controlPrepare plans for product risk mitigationPerform acquisition planning tasksRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree and twelve (12) years or more of relevant experienceMust have an Active US Government Secret Clearance. Please note US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Government Clearance.Acquisition career specialization aligned to duty assignment (i.e. Program Management, Contracting, Logistics)Knowledge and demonstrated skills in:Product Life Cycle ManagementProject Team ManagementAcquisition and Contracting documents (to include J&A, Souce Selection Plans, PWS, IGCE, D&F)WAWFiRAPT cost analysisProject ManagementDatabase managementGFEBSDODI 5000.02Defense Acquisition System JCIDSAmentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
