Job Summary: We are hiring enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to join our operational team in Boise, Idaho. This position is vital to the smooth functioning of our warehouse, encompassing a range of duties related to the handling, organization, and movement of goods. You will contribute to efficient receiving, stocking, order picking, and shipping processes. Verify incoming merchandise against purchase orders and packing lists. Transport goods to appropriate storage locations using manual equipment. Organize and maintain inventory within designated warehouse areas. Accurately pick items for customer orders and prepare them for shipment. Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and free of debris. Follow all company safety guidelines and protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE. Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts. Work cooperatively with colleagues to meet daily operational goals. Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other basic warehouse tools. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor capacity is advantageous. Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing for long periods, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Basic knowledge of warehouse logistics and inventory procedures. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
