Brand ManagerThe Brand Manager is responsible for managing brand-related marketing/PR projects. The responsibilities include working with administrative leadership to create and map out the tasks needed to implement strategies. Manages and executes brand experience projects, such as signage, wayfinding, and environmental design. This position organizes, plans, and executes brand projects within the constraints of budget and schedule. The Brand Manager works with internal customers and external vendors, managing the customer intake process and ensuring projects achieve their defined goals in alignment with brand standards. The Brand Manager provides project and business leadership to multiple projects, overseeing the creation of project plans and identifying project scope, deliverables, and resource allocation.Responsibilities include:Works closely with the Administrative Director and Directors to align brand strategies and mapping out the tasks needed to implement that strategy.Organizes, plans, and executes the creation and completion of work orders. Works collaboratively with leaders to ensure alignment with system brand standards, resource allocation and deliverables.Manages brand resource platforms to include brand asset hub, digital asset management for video and photography, content library and signage/way-finding assets.Determines project scope and deliverables, defining all aspects of the project in the project management software technology. Oversees creation of project plans and resource allocation. Assigns responsibilities and develops timeframes to facilitate successful completion of the project.Maintains project financials and manages to project budgets, including the authorizing and recording of project expenses.Defines and manages project risk and risk mitigation processes. Keeps stakeholders informed of progress, changes, and risks.Communicates effectively with all project stakeholders and the creative design and team to ensure project milestones are met to the customers satisfaction. Builds and maintains close relationships and partnerships with customers.Develops and refines the customer intake process to ensure the most efficient approach to engaging and managing internal customers and to assigning creative design teams members to execute the projects.Other duties as assigned.Education:Bachelors Degree. Minimum five years of experience in professional project management, with increasing responsibility for multi-stage long-term projects. Leadership experience considered. Experience in healthcare setting with knowledge of marketing/production processes.
