Your Role in the Tandem Team:
- Contribute to a collaborative caregiving team, offering consistent and reliable care.
- Engage with multiple clients in your assigned region, becoming a trusted and familiar face.
- Uphold Tandem's standards of care, ensuring each client's needs are met with professionalism and compassion.
- Be part of a supportive network, sharing best practices and learning from your peers.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of professional caregiving experience with a licensed agency or care facility (preferred).
- Active Home Care Aide registration in California.
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
- Comfort with pets and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
